Setting and Defense –Beginners

Clinic will focus on breaking down the fundamentals of setting and defense. This will give players a better understanding of the skills and an individual opportunity to progress and get better at their own pace with high number of reps. This clinic will be focused on basic fundamentals for beginner level players. All positions welcomed as this is more an individual repetition clinic and will help players become more well-rounded with their game.
